CONCORD, N.H. -- A grand jury has indicted a New Hampshire man accused of sexually assaulting and impregnating a 15-year-old fellow church member in 1997.

Ernest Willis, 51, of Gilford faces five counts of sexual assault in connection with the alleged rape against the teen who baby-sat his children.

Then-leaders of Concord's Trinity Baptist Church arranged for the girl to live with a Baptist family in Colorado and put her baby up for adoption. Police said they didn't make an arrest at the time because they couldn't find the girl, now 28 and living in Arizona.

Willis has been charged with two counts of having sex with a minor and three counts of rape, according to the indictment.

Police arrested Willis in May after interviewing the woman.
